A Note From Principal Busko
Welcome to Three Lakes Elementary School, where students and staff come together to learn, grow and thrive as Bluejays. Our educational programming is designed to meet the unique needs of every student while providing opportunities to explore individual interests, hobbies and passions. Through an inclusive and supportive approach, we ensure that every child has the opportunity to reach his or her full potential.
Our caring and dedicated Three Lakes staff is committed to continuous growth and improvement to best serve our students. Teachers work hard to create engaging, meaningful and enjoyable learning experiences that inspire curiosity, critical thinking and a love of learning. Beyond the classroom, students are encouraged to get involved in a wide range of clubs, activities and athletic opportunities throughout the Three Lakes community.
Open communication and collaboration are essential to our success as a school. I am committed to working closely with parents, staff and community members to provide the best possible educational experience for our students. Parent feedback and involvement are highly valued, and I encourage families to reach out with questions, concerns or ideas. Our Mission
Our district’s mission statement is “teaching students to become productive citizens,” which is something we encourage at the elementary level through monthly citizenship assemblies. Students work on a particular citizenship skill each month, and during the assembly, a student from each grade level is honored as the “citizen of the month” for best exhibiting that skill. We believe it’s important to teach not only academics, but lifelong skills that will help our students succeed in their communities.
