A Note From Principal Busko
Welcome to Three Elementary School, where students and staff come together to learn and grow as Bluejays! Our elementary programming allows students to explore their interests, hobbies and passions while meeting the unique needs of lower and upper elementary students. Our inclusive approach ensures that every child has the opportunity to thrive and reach his or her full potential. Our caring Three Lakes staff is dedicated to continuous growth and improvement, ensuring we best meet the needs of all students. Our staff members work hard to make lessons interesting and fun, inspiring students to explore new ideas and ask questions. Beyond academics, students have the opportunity to participate in various clubs and sports throughout the Three Lakes community.
Open communication and collaboration are key to our success as a school and community. I am dedicated to working closely with parents, staff and the community to provide the best possible educational experience for our students. Parent feedback and active involvement are important to me. Please don't hesitate to share any questions, concerns or ideas you might have. As principal, I'm proud of our school's commitment to excellence and our passion for education. Thank you for entrusting us with your child's education. Working together, we can help your child grow and succeed during these formative elementary years.
Principal Marc Busko
Our Mission
Our district’s mission statement is “teaching students to become productive citizens,” which is something we encourage at the elementary level through monthly citizenship assemblies. Students work on a particular citizenship skill each month, and during the assembly, a student from each grade level is honored as the “citizen of the month” for best exhibiting that skill. We believe it’s important to teach not only academics, but lifelong skills that will help our students succeed in their communities.
