Free COVID Testing Site Opens Nov. 2!
Three Lakes School District is collaborating with the Wisconsin Department of Health Services to offer free COVID-19 testing. This service is made available to our students, staff, volunteers, coaches, school board members and anyone else associated with the district. This testing site is not open to the general public. The Board of Education has approved and supported this initiative to help maintain the health and safety of our schools.
The testing site will open on Nov. 2 and will run on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:30 am to 4 pm.

When coming for testing, please park in the parking lot nearest the garage. Testing workers will be set up inside Door 24, which is located just past the large gym near the locker rooms. They will come out to in your parked car.
How do I register?
- Go to register.covidconnect.wi.gov
- Select the blue button for "Take the Screening Questionnaire."
- Answer the questions for the person you are registering
- Consent for the minor being tested
- Receive results to the email used during registration
How do I get results?
Results will be emailed to you in a secure link. If you test positive, you may be called by contact tracing staff. The school will be notified of any positive results through the state.
