9-12 Math / Asst. Golf Coach / NHS Advisor Email Phone: 715-546-3321 About Me I grew up in Ohio and attended Kent State University. I moved to Virginia in 1990 and taught in a rural school along the Chesapeake Bay. My wife, Molly, and I met, married and started our family in that part of Virginia. I attended The College of William and Mary, where I earned my master's degree in education leadership. I moved to a school near Richmond, Va., in 1998 to be the assistant principal. In 2006, Molly and I moved our family to Rhinelander to be part of that school and community. I was able to spend 12 years there and enjoyed that time. My move to Three Lakes brings me back to my first calling, which is classroom teaching. I spent my first years teaching in the chemistry classroom, so I am excited to teach math here at Three Lakes High School. Outside of the school day, I enjoy cooking and working with wood — from construction projects to finer woodworking projects. I have become someone that fully enjoys the outdoors, bicycling, kayaking, tennis, golf and some hunting. I am active with Wise Intentional Leadership Development (WILD), a ministry based in Rhinelander that provides leadership development training to people in the United States as well as across Africa and Asia.
